We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our cleaning team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities.
  • Inspect areas to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints regarding cleaning services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
