Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded, and motivated National Accounts Project Manager/Estimator to become a key member of our Service team. This position is based in Burnaby, with the flexibility to work from other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of electrical service and minor project execution for national accounts clients
- Manage comprehensive project scope, including cost estimation, planning, procurement, and client relations
- Draft service agreement proposals and oversee current contracts
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, service teams, and clients
- Calculate project costs and oversee financial management
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to fulfill project objectives
- Travel within the region as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Certification, degree, or diploma in electrical trade
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating
- Familiarity with estimating software, particularly Accubid, is advantageous
- Prior experience in managing national accounts is a plus
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and other relevant software

Compensation: Salary range of $95,000-$120,000 annually, complemented by a competitive total compensation package, tailored to experience and qualifications.
