About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Houle Electric Limited. As a key member of our Service group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical service and small projects for national accounts customers, from initiation to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project manager who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing full project scope, including estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service.

Your responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical service and small projects for national accounts customers.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, project scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with national account clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  5. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to grow national accounts business and increase revenue.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Your experience and skills
  1. Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating.
  3. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  6. Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and other relevant software applications.
