Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at F & J Woodworking Ltd.. This role is essential in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educational Background: Candidates should possess a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or have equivalent experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Implement new administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Administer policies and procedures regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for various office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures effectively.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Working language: English.
  • Expected working hours: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
