Evening Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated cleaning technician for evening shifts in the Fredericton area, capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment. Flexibility to cover various shifts on a daily basis is essential.

Work Schedule:

Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Monday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Thursday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Approximately 36 hours per week. Some shifts may vary in length based on operational needs.

Occasional Friday evenings may be required.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle as needed.
- Reliability is crucial for success in this role.
- Previous experience in janitorial services is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Flexibility with hours, including the willingness to extend shifts if necessary.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- A clean criminal record, with the ability to provide a police background check and complete security clearances as needed.
- Strong ability to follow directions and take on additional tasks as required.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Current residency in the Fredericton area or nearby.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning various facilities
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Dusting surfaces
- General cleaning tasks
- Waste disposal
- Assisting colleagues
- Covering shifts at different locations as required.
