  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, including equipment and utensils, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or fast food outlet or concession.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Work Environment: Working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and other hazards.
