We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Freight Group Ltd.

- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Policy Development: Help develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Management: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and information, and compile data, statistics, and other information as needed.
- Communication: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Staff Support: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
