Position: Personal Insurance Advisor

Location: Saint John, NB

We are in search of motivated individuals who resonate with our values and are committed to providing outstanding customer service with a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and managing retention communications
  • Acquiring new insurance policies while nurturing the existing client portfolio
  • Collaborating with Underwriters and Adjusters to review policy details
  • Preparing necessary documentation, issuing certificates, and handling renewals
  • Keeping updated on underwriting standards and operational procedures
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Possession of a valid insurance license for New Brunswick, or readiness to obtain one
  • Competence in MS Office software
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
