Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees.
  • Oversee and manage group benefits programs to ensure optimal coverage and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update employee information within our systems with precision.
  • Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll and benefits administration within a financial institution is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated familiarity with banking industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex payroll issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Languages: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this role.
