Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean pool environment, adhering to all regulations and policies.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to emergencies and providing assistance as needed.
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is an asset.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
- Bronze Cross and L.S. Certificate preferred.
- Boaters license is an asset.
