Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a pharmacist specialist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services and clinical activities in various departments, including medicine, surgery, intensive care, emergency, oncology, palliative care, hemodialysis, URFI, and geriatric long-term care.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in pharmaceutical services and clinical activities in various departments
- Collaborate with the pharmacy department team and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy programs
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and research
Requirements
- Master's degree in pharmacy or hospital pharmacy
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
