Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests
  • Carrying out routine operations related to financial transactions, such as purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
  • Ensuring diligent follow-up on deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts
  • Analyzing, opening, and updating client files
  • Producing portfolio management reports
  • Managing client files, including agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
