Position: Senior Systems Analyst (Enterprise Architecture, Zachman Framework)

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Contract Duration: Long Term

Key Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience

Technical Proficiency - 50%:

  • Proven track record in delivering projects with a Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Automation tools, including the creation, execution, and analysis of test suites.
  • Comprehensive understanding of systems environments, business analysis, and change management within integrated government services.
  • Expertise in conducting detailed analyses and providing recommendations to ensure adherence to public sector standards regarding security, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Ability to address security concerns affecting developed front-end and integrated systems.
  • Experience in drafting business and technical documentation and agreements.
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks, particularly the Zachman Framework.
  • Knowledge of Checkpoints, TRA, PIA, Component architecture, and Design patterns.
  • Extensive experience with Logical and Physical Architecture artifacts.

Technical Proficiency - 25%:

  • Solid understanding of systems design principles, programming concepts, and related methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA compliance levels.
  • Experience in creating Wireframes, Use Cases, and User Stories.

Project Experience - 25% (all required):

  • Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing enterprise architecture documentation.
  • Expertise in architectural deliverables, including:
  • Checkpoint/Gating Matrix
  • Logical and Physical Documentation
  • Logical and Physical Deployment Models
  • Business Architecture Approach
  • Sequence Diagrams
  • Data Flow Diagrams
  • Other architectural documents for ACT and ARB.
  • Experience with Canada Post modules and Payment Gateways.
