ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?

The standard schedule for this leadership position is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. As a Residential HVAC Production Supervisor, you will be the primary leader ensuring that each phase of the installation process operates smoothly. You will enhance efficiency and accuracy by performing pre-checks to confirm readiness and leading site meetings for effective communication. Furthermore, you will meticulously review post rough-ins for quality assurance. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every project advances seamlessly, providing optimal comfort and functionality to our clients. If you possess these skills and meet the following criteria, you could be an ideal candidate:

  • Red seal sheet metal certification
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar residential supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
