Job Overview
The Programmatic Coordinator at Zenith is responsible for aiding activities such as campaign setup, campaign management, optimizations, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. This role is crucial in identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by the Programmatic Director and client.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution, management, and optimization of online media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, and remarketing campaigns.
- Own the campaign insertions into Prisma management tool.
- Assist in billing reconciliations for their respective territory.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
- Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports.
- Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments.
- Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
Requirements
- Relevant professional or internship experience, preferably in bid management, campaign management, or digital operations (or 1 year of experience in a related field).
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to organize and manage detail work.
