Job Title: Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management and a proven track record of delivering successful business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to drive business transformation
  • Manage the people side of change, including change assessments, risk identification, and development of change management plans
  • Engage subject matter experts to assess impacts and execute change tactics
  • Work closely with project managers to embed change plans, identify issues, and provide consolidated reporting and updates
  • Provide change management consulting and coaching to sponsors, project team members, leadership teams, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Prosci Change Management Certification Program or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program
  • Project Management certification
  • At least 4 years of experience in organizational change management and/or project management
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development
