About Our Client

Our client, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join their team. With a strong focus on financial management and analysis, this role will play a key part in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial reporting, working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns for assigned companies.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage cash flow, acquisitions and disposals, and draft tax returns.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate filing of tax returns (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5).
  • Prepare quarterly reports and documents for board meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support executive decision-making.
Requirements
  • CPA designation with 2-5 years of post-designation experience, preferably from a public practice firm.
  • Broad expertise in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills and a passion for using technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
