Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Lot Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring our dealership lot is impeccably maintained, with all vehicles cleaned, organized, and ready to impress potential buyers.
  • Supporting the sales and service departments with vehicle readiness, making sure they are prepared for test drives or service appointments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
  • Keeping your workspace, including the showroom and service areas, neat and orderly.
  • Managing various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our dealership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be considered for the Vehicle Lot Coordinator position, you should possess:

  • A valid class 5 Driver's License.
  • A genuine passion for vehicles and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A high level of energy, motivation, and readiness to tackle challenges.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
