Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Iftin Financial INC. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.

- Security and Safety: Criminal record check, reference required
- Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty
