We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at IBII Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless surface.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise fit.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to high areas.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting the highest standards of quality.
As a Painter with IBII Construction Inc., you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and at heights. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
