Job Summary

Bite Me Guelph Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food preparation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
