Position Overview

This role is essential for delivering direct assistance to technology users throughout the organization while implementing, configuring, and upholding the cybersecurity measures for OMA's devices, applications, and user accounts.

Your Impact
  • Safeguarding enterprise information in alignment with business requirements.
  • Establishing and sustaining information security roles and access privileges, along with conducting security monitoring to mitigate the impact of operational vulnerabilities and incidents.
  • Overseeing organizational databases to guarantee that users and applications have timely access to the appropriate data for valid purposes.
  • Acting as the primary administrator for endpoint and mobile device management solutions, responsible for managing and maintaining configurations.
  • Maintaining awareness of current and emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies within the organization, and driving necessary response activities.
  • Analyzing security events, investigating targeted attacks, and identifying zero-day exploits, while connecting threats to organizational risks to formulate effective capabilities and action plans.
  • Assisting in the management of Incident Management processes to ensure prompt resolution of incidents.
  • Administering the Endpoint Vulnerability Management process to:
  • Develop and uphold device and application vulnerability management and security posture.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all vulnerability management notifications.
  • Provide key metrics and KPIs on proactive security to security dashboards.
  • Responding to user inquiries, ensuring clarity in requests, identifying root causes of issues, addressing concerns, and managing system/data permissions to ensure appropriate access to approved resources.
  • Monitoring system health and troubleshooting endpoint system issues.
  • Engaging in technology projects, contributing insights, managing project tasks, and adhering to delivery timelines.
Key Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses knowledge of security domains, with practical experience in modern technologies essential for implementation and configuration decisions.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365: Endpoint Administrator Associate; Azure Security Engineer Associate; Security Operations Analyst Associate; Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Security, Compliance, and Identity certification are advantageous.
  • OffSec Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is a plus.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Wireshark, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Azure CLI is beneficial.

The OMA operates in a permanent hybrid work environment, requiring the individual in this role to work a minimum number of days remotely.
