We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Manager to join our global End User Computing Engineering and Enterprise Tools team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a SaaS portfolio, including Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Confluence, and Office 365.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to direct reports globally.
- Expertise in large-scale endpoint management and systems automation or systems engineering is required.
- Continually improve end-user services related to endpoint management by deeply understanding customer experiences.
- Deploy operating systems, applications, and patches using Intune and JAMF.
- Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint health and compliance issues.
- Set 24-hour on-call support to ensure rapid recovery from software or hardware problems for mission-critical systems and networks.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with security, networking, and identity management systems.
- Assist with the maintenance and management of software licensing arrangements, including procurement, contract management, and renewals.
- Design and manage the integration of various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability within the enterprise's IT ecosystem.
- Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise applications to ensure they are configured correctly and perform optimally to meet business requirements.
- Define strategy for SaaS product consolidation or increasing adoption to maximize product ROI.
- Scope projects to audit and optimize the existing SaaS portfolio, focusing on improvements to security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license usage.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SCCM, Intune, and/or JAMF administration and engineering.
- Strong leadership, roadmap development, support provision, and operational reporting skills.
- Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with programming languages such as Bash/Powershell, Python, and familiarity with version control Github/CI-CD pipelines.
- Understanding of core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies, File Services).
- Analyze logging data/alerts to recognize trends and create proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
