Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified English Language Instructor to join our team at ReadingTown Richmond Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tutoring assistance and teaching English as a second language to students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one instruction and support to students in English language development
  • Assign and correct homework and other assignments to ensure students are meeting learning objectives
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and engagement
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience in teaching English as a second language or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting

This position is located at our private school in Richmond, BC. The successful candidate will be required to work on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 15 hours per week.
