Job Title: English Language Instructor

We are seeking a qualified English Language Instructor to join our team at ReadingTown Richmond Academy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing English language instruction to students, either individually or in small groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide English language instruction to students, either individually or in small groups
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
