As the Director of Artistic Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and cultivating artistic talent through the implementation of a strategic sourcing plan and the guidance of the NexGen initiative, which focuses on fostering the upcoming generation of our performers, in line with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Artist Identification:
  • Formulate and execute creative strategies to discover both emerging and established talents across various performance domains, including circus arts and sports.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, data insights, and trend evaluations to enhance talent scouting initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture connections with industry stakeholders, talent representatives, arts and sports organizations, and educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Develop a vision for participation in industry gatherings, performances, and festivals to scout for new talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:
  • Construct and sustain a vibrant pipeline of high-potential artists that aligns with the organization’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate talent needs and devise strategic approaches.
  • Artist Development Programs:
  • Design and manage a comprehensive artist development program tailored to the specific needs of creative talents.
  • Shape the direction of the NexGen initiative and programs that enhance artistic capabilities and career advancement.
