About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Assistant to join our team at AM& M RIAR LTD. As a key member of our metal fabrication department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our welders and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Welders: Provide support to our experienced welders in preparing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Sort and organize metal sheets, parts, and scrap materials, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean and maintain equipment, machines, and work areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Load and Unload: Safely load and unload vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient transportation of materials.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining a consistent level of quality.
  • Standing and Mobility: Stand for extended periods and move freely around the work area, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications
