Job Title: Structural Steel Drafter- Detailer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Steel Drafter- Detailer to join our team at Whitemud Ironworks Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings and designs for our structural steel fabrication projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings for structural steel fabrication projects
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and documentation packages
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Complete drawing sets and documentation packages
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more in structural steel drafting and detailing
  • AutoCAD Certification
  • Steel detailing Certification
  • Drafting Trade Certification
Preferred Skills:
  • Tekla
  • Desktop applications
