Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of insulation installations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and manage the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support insulation installation projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
