We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and patrol healthcare facilities to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Respond to and report security incidents, including emergencies and breaches
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
