Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions at National Engineered Fasteners Inc. This role requires strong organizational and financial management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions;
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments;
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning;
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs;
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $1,500,001 and $4,000,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental plan, disability benefits, registered retirement savings plan (RRSP), and paid time off.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent full-time position with a standard 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
