Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless operation of production processes through effective scheduling, planning, and oversight of activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production workflow across one or multiple production lines.
  • Identify necessary resources (human, equipment, raw materials) to meet production requirements.
  • Organize and prioritize operations to prevent delays and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with managers to allocate staff to production tasks.
  • Develop and manage production schedules and shifts, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
  • Monitor potential challenges and collect output data and results.
  • Prepare and present status and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in production planning or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
