Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our administrative functions, ensuring the effective management of our operations and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
    • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Budgetary and Financial Management
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
