Wage: $27.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pour and place concrete mixtures into designated molds and forms Skillfully spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and trowels Shape expansion joints and edges with precision using appropriate edging tools Create textured surfaces by utilizing brooms Ensure proper vibration of concrete mixtures for even distribution and compaction Efficiently strip and clean forms post-pour Manage the transportation of materials and finished products Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the work area Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in concrete finishing CSTS Certification is preferred WHMIS training is preferred Experience in a precast concrete environment is advantageous

Work Environment

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work within a plant setting. Candidates should be prepared for wet conditions and varying weather.

Physical Demands

The role is physically demanding, requiring bending, crawling, crouching, and prolonged standing. Candidates must be capable of lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

Work Schedule

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and weekend work as needed.
