Job Title: Concrete Finisher

CIA Buildings Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the finishing process.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
