Lead Clinical Programming Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the onboarding and mentorship of mental health clinicians, fostering an environment conducive to professional growth.
- Engages in leadership development initiatives and opportunities for professional progression.
- Directs the formulation of evidence-based treatment strategies for individuals, families, and groups.
- Identifies deficiencies in care delivery and formulates strategies to improve service quality.
- Oversees group referral processes and scheduling logistics.
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to enhance the functionality of the FTU program.
- Supervises group facilitators and manages programs executed by allied health professionals.
Education, Training & Consultation:
- Conducts educational and training sessions for fellow health professionals.
- Offers professional consultation to promote evidence-based methodologies.
- Mentors students engaged in research initiatives.
Program Innovation:
- Creates and implements new programming for forensic mental health services.
- Participates in various committees within the healthcare facility.
Quality Enhancement:
- Leads efforts related to program assessment and quality enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- Three to five years of experience in forensic psychology.
- Proven leadership and facilitation capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver culturally sensitive services.
