Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site hardware and software support at designated locations.
  • Handle the delivery, installation, and maintenance of technology equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  2. Post-secondary education in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  3. Familiarity with personal computers, printers, and wireless devices.
  4. Proficiency in Android 8+ or Apple iOS14+, including mobile data capabilities.
  5. Willingness to work extended hours as necessary.
  6. Physical capability to lift equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
  7. Eligibility to work in Canada.
  8. Clean criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CompTIA A+ certification.
  2. Technical expertise in hardware and operating systems such as Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  3. Understanding of current protocols and standards in technology.
  4. Aptitude for reading and interpreting technical manuals and documentation.
  5. Ability to create and understand technical training materials.
  6. Access to a personal vehicle for travel between assignments.
