IT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant to join our team at Vision33. As a key member of our team, you will provide remote day-to-day IT support for a large and diverse client base, with the potential for client site visits.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with clients to gather and document requirements relating to their internal systems, networks, and applications to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
• Using and managing remote monitoring and alerting systems.
• Providing expert knowledge of SMB IT Network Infrastructure, including domain admin, security requirements, and end-user equipment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services.
