The Role: Senior Product Development Engineer - Seals
As a Senior Product Development Engineer within the Seals Team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic seals for our carbon capture machines. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute hands-on expertise, and drive the success of our groundbreaking initiatives.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Designing and planning projects from concept to completion.
- Creating prototypes, rigorously testing them for performance and reliability, and developing the final product technology package.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets all technical specifications and quality standards.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilizing Creo Parametric platform and PLM for product development.
What We Look For
We seek a highly motivated individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of [Number] years) in taking new technology from an initial concept to a controlled, manufactured product that meets customer and manufacturing requirements.
