Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at RED WOOD TECH SERVICES INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and strategic business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operations or management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment:

Our company offers a hybrid work environment, with a 30-hour workweek and a permanent employment contract. The language of work is English.
