Your role within the team
- Maintain and standardize the processes and tools of the methods function;
- Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and enhance method processes;
- Engage in the development and execution of manufacturing improvement initiatives;
- Define technical requirements and oversee the team's involvement in the maintenance, development, and optimization of various IT tools and applications essential for daily operations;
- Actively participate in project management: planning, monitoring timelines and actions, production, and user support;
- Collaborate closely with developers, as well as IT, engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, quality, production, and other departments;
- Investigate root causes of issues and analyze potential solutions by assessing costs, impacts, and risks associated with production changes;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and IT tools;
- Provide daily application support to users;
Key qualifications for success in this role
- A technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing and aerospace sectors; familiarity with aircraft structure, systems, and interior finishing is advantageous;
- Strong team spirit, recognized perseverance, and sound judgment;
- Innovative mindset with effective decision-making abilities;
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams;
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, with in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment, as well as familiarity with PowerBI and SQL;
- Functional proficiency in French, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus;
