We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and Service Representative to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our diagnostic laboratory support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex technical issues with diagnostic laboratory equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain our equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions, improving overall customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced technical support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical advancements and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory environment, with a strong understanding of technical equipment and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as electronic technology, biomedical engineering, or a related science.
