Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and team player with excellent communication skills.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Offers mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Does not require Canadian work experience.
