We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in the Vancouver Island region, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of residents.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents.
- Supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Dementia care.
- A competitive hourly rate of $45.00.
- Travel allowance and accommodation.
- Weekly allowance.
- A casual job type with flexible scheduling.
Interested candidates should possess a valid BCCN&M registration, a vehicle, and be willing to work in a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
