Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Permanent position.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
