Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Fix Network World. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, financial statement analysis, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Provide accurate and complete financial records and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
