About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Allo Mon Coco. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, planning menus, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and plan menus to ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer requirements
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and customer service. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

You will also support their social and labour market integration through language training, skills training, and access to community resources.

Support for Youths, Indigenous People, and Visible Minorities
