Corporate Sales Manager

USCA Timber Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and management
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
