Loblaw Companies Limited is looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to contribute to the creation of innovative online and instructor-led training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging online course materials by applying effective instructional design methodologies.
  • Produce interactive eLearning resources using software such as Articulate Storyline and RISE.
  • Design animations and motion graphics tailored for diverse eLearning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with educational partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project coordinators to fulfill instructional goals.
  • Leverage multimedia tools and authoring software to develop captivating learning experiences.
  • Create evaluations to assess learner performance and the achievement of course objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including SCORM.
  • Perform quality assurance evaluations on modules, resolving technical challenges before deployment.
  • Integrate feedback from learners and SMEs to refine existing training programs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within Learning & Development, with a strong command of Articulate Storyline.
  • Proficient in tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Suite, video animation, Powtoon, and Evolve.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong visual design sensibility.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
