Position Overview

K.Puction is seeking a dedicated Roofing Team Leader to oversee our roofing projects and ensure the successful execution of tasks in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment
  • Location: Primarily outdoor settings
  • Conditions: Noisy, dusty, and at elevated heights
Work Setting

This position is situated within the construction industry, focusing on roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of workers on-site
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities and project timelines
  • Oversee training programs for apprentices
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for external training
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 11-15 individuals, including laborers and cement finishers
